NETELLER CLOSES TO US PLAYERS !

The Neteller online banking firm that was a large processor of online gambling transactions closed to US players on Thursday, January 18, 2007.

Neteller closing to US Players is the first in online gambling since the banking law was signed into law last October.  The law prohibits banking and financial from making online gambling transactions. The law was snuck onto the Port Security bill in the wee hours of the morning right before the house was dismissed.

The US is currently using strong arm tactics with foreign banking authorities to try get names and contact for online casino operators. The foreign banking facilities have retained legal counsel and at this time no further comment is being offered. It is not in the US Authority to receive those records.
