Update for US Players
Last Updated: 6:49 a.m. EST, Thursday, January 25, 2007
The Jackpot Factory appreciates your business and American players are
always welcome at our casinos. In light of NETeller, eCheck and
INSTADEBIT withdrawing from the US market, we are actively seeking
alternative methods for depositing and withdrawing money from the
Jackpot Factory casinos. As the situation is constantly changing,
please stay tuned to this page for the latest updates.
Update: As of Wednesday, January 24th, PaySpark is
no longer processing deposits to the Casino by players in the US.
Players from the US may withdraw to Payspark through January 28th.
To Deposit
- Our recommended method at the Jackpot Factory, Click2Pay
provides a safe and secure method to transfer cash online, with
same-day payments, and virtually instant cash transfers. You can
fund your Click2Pay account using Visa, Mastercard, EFT, ACH, and
Direct Debit.
Unfortunately, we have recently been informed by Click2Pay that, due
to the legal situation in the US, they are no longer accepting new
sign-ups from players in the US. As such, only players with existing
Click2Pay accounts are able to use this method.
- The Jackpot Factory accepts credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard and Diners Club). Some banks have a policy of refusing
casino transactions made by credit cards. However, even if one
deposit is rejected, it is worthwhile to try again.
To Withdraw
- Players who have active Click2Pay accounts may process
their withdrawals to Click2Pay.
- ACH is currently available for withdrawing funds from the
Casino. We will keep you updated if there is any change in the
situation.
- We are able to send withdrawals by paper check. Please
note: we are unable to send Citadel checks.
- Players who have made withdrawal requests prior to January 18th,
whose preferred withdrawal methods are no longer available (like
NETeller and INSTADEBIT), must select a new Preferred Method of
Payment inside the casino software.
