Online Casino Operator Casino Rewards Acquires Gaming Entities from ICL

Online casino operator Casino Rewards Group recently announced that it has reached a deal to acquire Integrity Casinos Limited's (ICL) gaming entities. ICL operates online casinos including the long-lived Captain Cooks Casino, as well as Casino Kingdom, Captain Cooks Poker and the most recent addition, Casino Classic.

Since both companies power their sites with Microgaming software and use corresponding business models, the merger is expected to run smoothly. A representative from Casino Rewards was quoted as saying that ICL and Casino Rewards' products are to be integrated with ease and players should not expect a lapse in play on either ICL or Casino Rewards' sites.

Casino Rewards, a member of the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC), operates seven online casinos and three online poker rooms, not including assets newly acquired from ICL.
